Multi Securities & Services Ltd (MSSL) is incorporated in Bangladesh under RJSC as a private limited company in the year of 1994 under the company's act 1994 the company already converted to public limited as 28th july 2011.Multi Securities & Services Ltd. is a corporate member of Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) & Chittagong Stock Exchange(CSE).

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has awarded AA3 (Double A Three ) rating in the long term to the Multi Securities & Services Limited based on audited financials up to 30 June 2010 and other relevant information. Securities Firm rated AA3 in the long term belong to very strong capacity cohort. Securities Firm rated AA3 have very strong capacity to meet their financial commitments. Such company is judged to be very high quality and is subject to very low credit risk. The rating reflects the Company's strength in high level of profitability, strong liquidity as well as improvement in leverage position.

He has born in a religious Muslim family 1971. His graduation has been followed by an MBA degree from Chittagong University. After completion of MBA degree he worked in various organizations related to capital market in senior positions.He established himself as a dynamic and proactive entrepreneur as he put together `Multi Securities & Services Ltd'. Prior taking the participation in management of Multi Securities he was the CEO of Capital Marketing & Services Limited (CMSL). Now he is involved in various business.Other than MSSL, he is also the Managing Director of Diplomat Properties Ltd, Peoples Radio Limited, Active System Limited, Icon Infotech Limited, Sourceedge Limited, the ACE Limited respectively and also the Director of Bangladesh Mutual Securities Ltd, United Financial Trading Co. Ltd. Eastern Logistic Limited and Rangpur Dairy Limited. He is the elected Treasurer of the Bangladesh Merchant Bankers Association.
